Hello ! My full name is Madeleine Carol Larrú Chipana, I am an economist by profession and I have also studied two technical degrees, the first being Computing and Information Technology and the second being Accounting. I have done several volunteer projects, the last being the Santiago 2023 Pan American and Parapan American Games in Chile. I belong to the Mensa International Foundation and have worked in the public and private sectors. I enrolled in the course "Youth and Institutions in Ibero-America" to learn more about the context and reality of the youth population in Ibero-America, learn about their institutions, and see what measures or policies would be appropriate to solve the problems that affect the most vulnerable youth populations.
